This is a great bargain from Mamas and Papas on a 2nd/3rd stage car seat.

Car seats is one of the things that I feel are a necessity to buy from new, unless you know the person who is offering it to you and the complete truthful history.

The Pro-Gro, has 7 posible head and backrest positions, wide wings for extra protection, easy seat recline so that you do not disturb your child when adjusting and washable seat covers.

Was £110, now £55.

Halfords have a wide range of car seats from infant carriers through to boosters to choose from. Please remember to check which car seats are suitable to use in your car, as not all makes are compatable.

The Britax Freeway is suitable from 9 months through to about 4 years old. It has shoulder pads, 3 possible recline positions and a 5 point harness. It was £99.99, and it’s now £49.99.

The cabriofix car seat can be used as a stand alone infant carrier or with the isofix easy fix base.  The seat includes a removable head support cushion and integrated sun canopy.

Coming from Kiddicare is this great value for money infant carrier.

Ideal if you have not got much money to spend, it has all the essential features including: adjustable harness, removable and washable cover (a must if you have a sickly baby), head hugger, and removable sun canopy.

Comes in a red/black offering so is suitable for either a boy or a girl.

If you want to save some money, instead of buying an infant carrier, you could buy a group 0/1 carseat. Currently depending on which brand of carseat you buy, not buying an infant carrier could save you for instance around £99.99 if you were to buy the typical Maxi Cosi infant carrier. 

Kiddies Kingdom have great offers on the Sproggs range.

The Monaco Car seat is a group 0/1 car seat which means that it is suitable from birth up to about 4 years old, depending on the size of your child.

Its features include: reclining positions, a 5 point safety harness, deep padding to the side, removable and washable covers which are an essential when dealing with infants, plus it comes in a choice of colours.

This cute stripy blanket, with an applique detail, is made from nice and snuggly fleece, which is just perfect for keeping your little one warm on a cold day, when out for a stroll.   Price £6.99.

Graco Booster Seat

This lightweight, easy to install booster seat is suitable from age 4 years.  It has height adjustable armrests and has 2 incorporated cup holders for when they have a drink.  The seat fabric is easy to wipe clean.  Price £9.09.

BBG reader Alexandra, tipped us off to this fabulous bargain over at her local Tesco Superstore.  A Maxi Cosi Rodi XR.

This unique car seat, which is suitable from age 3 to 11 years, has an easy to adjust with just one hand reclining positioning.  It also has a back rest that grows with your child and features optimal side crash protection for your childs safety.

If you were to buy this from Tesco Direct it would set you back £99.99, but nip down to your local Tesco Superstore and pick it up for £32.99!

If your bambino is growing out of his/her infant carrier, the search begins for the next stage.  A friend of mine has just bought this car seat and recommends it highly.  Another great find from BBG favourite Kiddicare.

The Britax Renaissance SI has the unique adjusta-fit system and belt tensioner. This allows you to adjust the headrest and shoulder straps up or down using the adjuster on the back of the seat along with a handle on the side of the seat which activates the foot at the bottom to take the slack.

It is suitable for ages 9 months to 4 years.
