This is a great book devised to help yummy mummy’s keep fit and healthy before, during, and after pregnancy.

It is an A5 handbook with 128 pages filled with top tips, and lots of safe and fun ball exercises. It comes with a free DVD called “A simple guide to Pelvic Floor & Core Exercise”.

£2 from each book sold is being donated to BBC’s Children in Need campaign. They have set a target of £20,000 to reach before Christmas to donate to this wonderful charity.

Over the next few weeks, I’ll be highlighting budget Christmas toys under £10. Here are my first few finds:

56 Piece Train Set

This is a fantastically budget priced train set. It includes a wooden track, toy train, multi coloured carriages, and lots of other fab accessories, to ensure hours of fun, all for a very reasonable £10 from Tesco Direct. Suitable from age 3 years.

Wooden Activity Cube

Again this is a great bargain buy from Tesco Direct. Suitable from 18 months. Measurements for the cube are 35.8 x 20.1 x 20.1 cm. It has many different activities to keep your toddler amused. All this for £10.

Pampers Baby Wipes Refill packs of 72. Normally £2.39 each and now 3 for £4. These are the ’sensitive’ and the Baby Fresh ‘naturals’. Both are alcohol free.

Huggies Pull Ups 12 and 14 packs of extra large and large for both boys and girls are 2 for £8. They are normally £4.98 each.

Sainsbury’s Eco Nappy in varying sizes are also 2 for £8. They’re normally £4.99 each and have varying amounts of nappies in each ranging from 30-38. They also have mini packs for newborns on offer which are 2 for £4.50 instead of £2.99 each for packs of 28.

Check out all of Sainsbury’s current baby offers. They do sell online but you can’t link to individual product pages, probably because they change all the time.

I was checking the offers at Morrisons and they have packs of Morrisons Newborn Nappies sizes 2-6 on offer with 2 46 packs for £7. They’re normally £3.97 each. I remember reading somewhere that as ‘own label’ nappies go, these are quite good!

They also have Simple Baby Wipes reduced from £1.38 to £1 for 80 packs. Bargain!

Morrisons don’t sell online but you can check their baby offers.

I go through phases of being an exercise junkie or not. At the moment I am doing very little exercise, but when I was pregnant with my third I did and I had one of these pregnancy balls. When you are pregnant, the one thing that can spoil it all is the dreaded back ache!  There is nothing worse than having back ache and not being able to do very much about it.

A friend of mine recently suffered with it terribly and one of the products she used to ease her was the Carriwell Maternity Support Band.  So I was very impressed to see that Boots are doing a special offer on Carriwell maternity undies and support band.  Buy 1 and get the 2nd for half price.
