I wish they had, had these when my kids had been bambinos as they are so easy to use and the babies seem to enjoy being washed in them.

This is ideal for newborns as it keeps them upright and lets them feel secure, warm, and reassured whilst surrounded by water.  Babies are used to being in this position from being in the womb and it has been shown to help colicky babies by relaxing them.
