I normally wouldn’t look twice at something like this because ‘Honey Tree Pooh’ motifed gear normally makes me nervous. But…as moses baskets go, this is not only pretty great value but the circular pattern combined with the ’subtle’ motif keeps it in safe modern territory.
The Zorbit : Honey Tree Pooh Moses Basket is actually made by Cosatto which are pretty well known for their very modern nursery gear and it comes with an adjustable canopy and embroidered apron.

Brenda recently featured the Stokke Sleepi Cot in our Best Price Available feature and I have just spotted that they have some now reduced at Two Left Fleet from £420 down to £299. Now whilst it’s not half price, in terms of this type of high end cot, these types of reduction are difficult to come by so you need to strike whilst the iron is hot!
They only have them in whitewash and cherry and stocks are selling fast.

BABY NURSERY ON A BUDGET

It’s Sweden vs Sweden in this fabulous cot standoff!
On the left we have the Brio Cot in a delectable green £170 from Panik Design and on the left…we have the Ikea Hermelin for a very cool, £75.
Both can be adjusted to two heights, are made from solid wood, but the Brio comes with a mattress and it has slats all the way around, which for me, give it the edge. The Brio also comes in finger engine red and a pristine white.
As you need to fork out for a mattress (and you should go for a decent quality one), you’ll need to spend up to an extra £42 if you buy it from Ikea or undoubtedly more if you buy it elsewhere, but it’s a great budget bargain. But if you don’t like blue and you want the wow factor colourwise, Brio wins hands down.
