Whilst pregnant you need to stock up on as much sleep as possible, because once  your bambino is here, you will be slightly sleep deprived!  But a big problem is trying to get comfortable with your bump, so here are two of the more popular support cushions:

mothercare sleep wedgeBudget - Mothercare Sleep Wedge

Shaped in a wedge, just slip this under your bump and let it take the pressure off your bump while you rest lying on your side.  The inside is made from 100% foam and has a 50% cotton and 50% polyester cover, which is removable and machine washable.  You can start using this from as early as 16 weeks and it will support you as your baby grows to full term.  It’s only£9.99, so this really does offer great value for money and it’s a big hit with users.

Splurge - Dream Geniidream genii

The Dream Genii is a big favourite with our publisher Natalie - read her review here.  It has a dual purpose, helping to support you whilst pregnant with its unique shape, which supports not just your bump, but  your back and knees as well, by encouraging you to sleep on your left side.  Once you have had your baby, you can use it as a feeding pillow.  £39.99, it is not one of the cheapest, but it is dual purpose, highly rated with a host of awards, and recommended by midwives, plus if it helps you sleep in comfort, it’s well worth it!
